High school volleyball: Columbus wins twice; Kendrick downs Hardaway

SHARPSBURG, Ga. -- Shardonee Hayes had 29 kills and two blocks Thursday to lead Columbus to straight set wins over East Coweta and Starr's Mill.

Tatyana Wyatt had 13 kills, a block and a dig in the win. Madison Fleming recorded 44 assists and 19 digs for Columbus (24-5).

Columbus plays LaGrange and Northside Tuesday at LaGrange.

Destiny Murph had 13 service points and 10 assists to lead Kendrick over Hardaway 2-1 (25-11, 13-25, 25-8) on Thursday.

Jimea Dunn led Hardaway with three kills and a block.
