Romello Kimbrough throws for two TDs, but Jordan falls to Peach County
FORT VALLEY, Ga. -- Spencer trailed by 11 at halftime, but turnovers in the third quarter allowed Peach County to pull away for a 44-18 victory on Friday night at Anderson Stadium.
Jordan quarterback Romello Kimbrough threw for a pair of touchdown passes to DeAndre Snead, including one for 53 yards.
KaPatrick Rodgers scored the Red Jackets' other touchdown on an 8-yard run in the first half. Rodgers finished the game with 75 yards rushing on 14 carries.
Kimbrough completed 9-of-16 passes for 183 yards. He rushed 23 times fror 64 yards. He also caught a pass for 35 yards.
Jordan is 3-6 overall and 2-5 in Region 2-AAA. Jordan finishes the season against Spencer on Nov. 6 at 8 p.m. at Kinnett Stadium. Jordan has not won four games in a season since 2009, when it went 4-6.
Peach County is 7-2, 6-1.
