Brookstone, Northside to open state softball tournament on Thursday at South Comnmons
The matchups for the GHSA state softball tournament are set for next week at South Commons.
Seven state champions will be crowned next Saturday. Each of the seven double-elimination tournaments get underway on Thursday.
Two local teams are vying for titles.
Brookstone will face Calvary Day in the first round of the Class A-private school tournament. Game time is set for 10:30 a.m. on Field 1.
In Class AAAAA, Northside will open against Houston County at 4;15 p.m. on Field 5.
