Smothers leads Marion to 55-0 win over Central-Talbotton

BUTLER, Ga. -- Lorenzo Smothers ran, threw and caught touchdowns Friday night to lead Marion County to a 55-0 win over Central-Talbotton.

Smothers had nine carries for 91 yards and two receptions for 55 yards. He also threw a 6-yard touchdown pass to Matt Dennis and had a 49-yard punt return.

Quentez Battle was 6-of-6 through the air for 90 yards. J.J. Fuller was 3-of-4 passing for 85 yards.

Dennis had three receptions for 52 yards.

Cabron Ellison led the team with 11 tackles and shared a sack.
