High school basketball: Glenwood boys win, girls lose at Springwood

LANETT, Ala. -- Trip Day and Christian Clausell led Glenwood's boys to a 57-24 win over Springwood, but the Lady Gators dropped their game 50-37 despite Audrey Crowe's double-double.

Day scored 15 points and Clausell added 13. Glenwood ran out to a 26-3 lead in the first quarter and was never challenged.

In the girls game, Crowe had 14 points and 13 rebounds, but Springwood pulled away in the third quarter and held on for the win.
