Carver's Jawon Pass scores East's sole TD at All-American Bowl

Carver's Jawon Pass ran for a touchdown in the 2016 U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday at the Alamodome.

Pass' touchdown was the only one scored by the East team, which lost 37-9.

He completed 5-of-9 passes for 47 yards. He ran three times for 7 yards.

Pass has committed to sign with Louisville on national signing day, which is Feb. 3.

Central finishes third

HOOVER, Ala. -- The Central wrestling team finished third in the Scott-Rohrer Invitational at Hoover High.

There were 19 teams competing.

Central's Tony Morales and Max Kauffman finished second in their weight classes.

Johnny Swinnie was third, Stud Morris was fourth and Nathan Spillers was fifth.
