High school roundup: Manchester heads to state title game
MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. -- Demarcus Addie had a double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds to lead Manchester to a 63-53 win over Monticello in the GHSA Class 2A semifinals.
Addie also had six assists.
Jah'nile Hill scored 14 for the Blue Devils, and Cadarian Brown added 11.
Manchester, which won a state championship in 2007, is 27-5.
The Blue Devils will play on Friday at 4:45 p.m. in Macon against the winner of Pace Academy and Crawford County. Those teams played late Saturday night.

HAMPTON, Ga. — The Northside boys finished second and the girls finished sixth in the Drew Relays at 12 Oaks Stadium on Saturday. Both Spencer teams finished third.
