Josh Fernicola has big night for Brookstone
Brookstone scored 24 points in the second quarter and rolled to a 37-0 win over Greenville at Rex Knight Stadium on Friday night.
Key play: Cougars running back Richard Hill busted through the line and beat two defenders in the secondary for a 40-yard touchdown run in the second quarter giving Brookstone a 24-0 lead.
Difference maker: Josh Fernicola, Brookstone’s junior wide receiver and linebacker, had two interceptions, one fumble recovery and one touchdown reception.
