High school football scores: Marion and Callaway advance

Here are high school football scores and schedule from the Chattahoochee Valley:

Scores and schedule

  • Irwin County defeated Manchester 54-12. Manchester’s season ends in the GHSA 1A public quarterfinals.
  • Marion County on Friday defeated Lincoln County 28-21 to advance to the GHSA 1A public semifinals. Marion hosts Pelham at 7:30 p.m., Dec. 6.
  • Callaway defeated Douglass 41-20 on Friday to advance to the GHSA 2A semifinals. Callaway hosts Brooks County at 7:30 p.m., Dec. 6.
  • AHSAA 7A state championship: Central-Phenix City vs. Thompson, Dec. 4, 8 p.m. EST at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala.
