LIVE UPDATES: Central faces Thompson in Alabama 7A state championship
The defending Alabama 7A state champion Central Red Devils are set to take on Thompson at Jordan-Hare Stadium at 8 p.m. EST.
The Red Devils have not lost since their season opener against Hoover, also at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Thompson has only lost one game.
The game will serve as a rematch of last year’s state championship, which Central won 52-7.
