Ledger-Enquirer names 2020 All-Bi-City Swim Team, Coach, Players of the Year

The Ledger-Enquirer has named its 2020 All-Bi-City girls and boys swim team, coach and players of the year.

Here is the full team:

Note: Coaches at each high school in the Columbus area were invited to nominate students and coaches. The coaches met over Zoom on Wednesday, May 27 ,to discuss the nominations and voted on the selections, with the Ledger-Enquirer reserving final say for each category.

Boys Swimmer of the Year: Fabrizzio Orderique, Columbus High School

Girls Swimmer of the Year: Renae Mattson, Harris County

Coach of the Year: Amanda Eckenrode, Chattahoochee County

Boys First Team:

  • Brookstone: P.J. Halter, Jaxon Vael
  • Columbus High: Will Beatty, Owen Brewer
  • Harris County: Aiden Best, Alex Mckeown, Joseph Porter, Cameron Verdree
  • Northside: Max Myers
