Harris County High limiting football ticket sales for 2020 season. Here are the details
Harris County will sell fewer high school football tickets this year due to COVID-19 precautions.
Ticket sales will be limited this year and fans hold the responsibility to social distance, according to a memo sent out by the district.
The document did not mention if face coverings will be required for spectators at games. Concession stands at Durham Field will serve prepackaged food and drinks.
Parking is not allowed on the hill behind the scoreboard this year, and all fans must come inside the fence that encompasses the stadium.

Individual game tickets go on sale each Wednesday before a scheduled home game to parents of football players, cheerleaders and band members. Parents can purchase up to four tickets.
Individual game tickets will sell for $10. On Thursdays prior to home games, students can purchase up to two tickets each. After Thursday, any additional tickets will be sold at the gate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Season tickets, which cost $50, go on sale 9 a.m. Thursday through 1:30 p.m. Sept. 1.
All tickets must be purchased in-person at Harris County High School’s media center.
Delayed start to 2020
Harris County’s first game doesn’t take place until Sept. 18, a home game against Upson-Lee.
Upson-Lee leads the all-time series 6-2, according to the Georgia High School Football Historians Association.
Georgia High School Association football games cannot be played until Sept. 4 at the earliest, due to GHSA delaying the start of the season. The GHSA plans to have a full 10-game regular season, and a full five-week playoff schedule.
