Cody Sparks wins shortened Purple and Gold golf tournament

Rain forced an abbreviated finish to the 2016 Purple and Gold golf tournament on Sunday at the Fort Benning golf course.

Cody Sparks won at 1-over after 30 holes. Patrick Strickland finished a shot back.

Other flight winners included Ronald Carroll, Steve Thiel, Tyler Bishop, Marcus Crittendon, Shaun Price, Myron Johnson and Rene’e Sturkie.
