Atlanta Braves salute Fort Benning Troops

The 2010 Atlanta Braves Caravan began its trek across the Southeast with a stop to salute the troops at Fort Benning on Saturday morning.

Pitcher Kris Medlen, minor leaguer Freddie Freeman, bench coach Chino Cadahia and mascot Homer the Brave greeted fans and signed autographs.

The caravan continued to two stops in Alabama Saturday afternoon in Montgomery and Auburn.

The caravan will continue through Feb. 13.
