From a classic fish fry to a fancy seafood feast or even a crawfish boil, seafood dinners are a savory way to enjoy all the flavors of fish, shrimp, oysters and more.
But what restaurants are the best for seafood? Well, Yelp just found the top spots for seafood in every state, so you can make sure you are getting the absolute best every time.
“Searches for seafood restaurants on Yelp have jumped by 34% in 2024 compared to the previous year. Plus, specific cravings are on the rise, with increased searches for seafood boils (up 81%), oyster bars (up 23%), lobster bisque (up 16%), fish tacos (up 15%), and ceviche (up 10%),” as stated on Yelp’s best seafood restaurant study.

Mr. Shuck’s Seafood - Brunswick, GA
“Mr. Shuck’s garlic-butter sauce is so popular, they sell it by the half-gallon. It’s a perfect complement to the fresh blue crab owner Donte Habersham gets delivered daily from local waters,” according to Yelp’s study.
Likewise, customers never miss out on a chance to get the hush puppies, which are made fresh by Donte’s wife.
“I need a 6th star for this place! The crab [is] the highlight, while the sauce complements it perfectly. I absolutely gorged myself, as I didn’t want to stop eating. Excellent service,” wrote Yelp reviewer Jay R.
Other things to order: Miss Shuck’s Feast, shrimp basket, shrimp dinner or blue crab.
Mr. Shuck’s currently has a 4.7 star rating on Yelp with over 600 reviews. The restaurant is located at 107 Altama Connector in Brunswick.
