Jersey Shore Season 4 Episode 3: Has Snooki hit that cop yet?

Here's a quick recap on what's happened so far: Deena likes Pauly D, Ronnie has a backup woman he's going to fly out to Italy, and here we go ...

It's morning in Italy and the Situation is trying to get rid of his latest, well, whatever she is. Oh, yeah, it's Brittany, the American that the Sitch has begun associating with -- in Italy.

Ronnie asks Snooki about getting something to eat and then working out. They're on the same wavelength, for some reason. They start wandering around Florence with map in hand. Neither of them can read ... a map. They stop at a cafe and Snooks grabs a glass of wine.

Snooki asks when Ronnie will have dinner with Sweetheart. Ronnie says he misses her, but he's hesitant to start things up with her again. He doesn't want to fall back into that same pattern.

Next scene: Deena's with Sweetheart. Deena says her plan is to find an Italian man. She settles on the waiter who's serving them. She gets the guy's number, saying that she wants an Italian lean cuisine who speaks Italian well.

"He actually speaks well English."

Now you've seen a real example of irony.

Ronnie and Snooki have a quality workout at the gym and then head out for some drinks. Pauly and Vinny are playing mini-foosball while the ladies get ready for a night out.

The crew is in a cab, and the Situation lets them know he may be associating with two women this evening.

Snooki tells the camera she's still planning on having a good time, though she will party differently because she's dating someone.

Sweetheart speaks into Ronnie's ear at the club: She's not jealous, and then we get into the serious relationship talk. Ronnie's not into that when she's drunk. Moving on.

The waiter shows up at the club, and Deena's pleased that a man wants to associate with her. He's on that like Italian dressing on a cheap, orange walking tan.

Back at the club, and the Sitch is speaking with his two blonde twins. Vinny says that having twins is "winning." Meanwhile, Deena is associating with the waiter, who obviously has mad lira to throw around. In the cab, Deena points out that she's not an easy girl.

Back at the house, the Situation wants to use the phone. Snooki's upset, because she's on the phone with her father. She hangs up for the Situation, and he kisses her on the cheek. She's not happy about that, and tells the camera that she's not interested in him. Likely, he just wants to create drama.

Deena, in the other room, is associating with the waiter. Pauly D and Vinny mock them by falling onto a bed together. They head to the kitchen, and Vinny's upset because Deena's in his room with the waiter.

Deena confronts the two guys, and they start screaming about why Deena's not using the smoosh room. Vinny's laughing about the encounter, but Deena appears geniunely angry.

The waiter says he'll leave, but Deena tells him to stay. He sneaks out while she's sleeping.

Next scene: the phone rings. Pauly D picks up the phone, tells Brittany that things are over and hangs up. Then Ronnie picks up when it rings again and hangs up. Then, for the third time, Ronnie plays a farce and acts like he's the Situation.

Ronnie tells the twins to show up, and the prank has been set.

The twins arrive at the house, and the Situation has no idea they're about to show up. He's putting on his makeup and looks up in surprise as they enter his room.

The Sitch is handling the situation, lowercase ... case ..., and he's going with the flow. He says he'll take them out to breakfast.

Snooki's on the phone, confused. Ronnie and Vinny are loving their private joke. Ronnie goes to the Situation's room and starts laughing wildly. The Situation says he doesn't remember inviting them. Ronnie leaves the room, still laughing.

The Situation and the twins leave the home and grab a meal. The Situation says they can start drinking right now, even though it's still in the a.m.

The viewer is then treated to a view of the Vatican. In Florence. Alabama.

Switch to the serious talk with Ronnie and Sweetheart: Ronnie's torn, because he wants to be with Sweetheart but he wants her to be a certain type of woman. Sweetheart says that if he wants to be with her, then she's waiting for him.

Ronnie busts out the poetry: "Obviously, I love you, Sam. I miss that feeling of holding you."

The pair hug on the roof of a building as bells ring.

I've never been this colorfully-see-through-commercial-sign before!!!

Ronnie and Sweetheart return to the house, now a couple again. Didn't a certain "Jersey Shore" blogger predict they'd be together by Episode 3?

Ronnie tells Snooki they're back together. She says she wants to tell everyone.

Ronnie then puts on a conservative black Tee and appears before Pauly D and Vinny, both of whom immediately know the relationship is back on.

Next scene: As it turns out, the cabs are here. The crew heads to Flo, sorry I didn't provide the accent over the "o." It's another great club where you can't tell whether they're in Italy or Jersey.

Pauly D says everyone's enjoying themselves ... and then the twins arrive. The Situation says they've reached a new level of stalker. However, he can handle their extreme level of crazy.

Snooki has a chance to speak with the ladies. She tells one of the twins that she's in love with her boyfriend, that he'll come visit and that at that point they will associate.

The Situation points out that he's paid he's dues, and now he gets to associate with them together. Deena then pulls one of them away. The Situation is unhappy.

And then Ronnie realizes that Deena is kissing one of the twins. The Situation, with his arms crossed, is terribly cross.

The Sitch points out that his best laid plans this side of America have fallen apart. Deena and one of the twins return to the house, while the Situation is with the other.

Deena takes her companion to her room while the Situation takes his friend to his room. The Situation then wanders off. Ronnie tells Sweetheart and JWoww about the Situation and Snooki, and their former lowercase situation.

Flashback to when the Situation SPECIFICALLY SAID TO RONNIE DO NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS. Not that we're judging.

A twin is now associating with Vinny, who doesn't know what's going on, since she was supposed to be with the Situation and then Deena.

Deena is pretty upset when she finds her under the covers with Vinny. Cue the really awkward scene with Deena, Vinny and the twin. Deena pulls the twin from Vinny's bed to her own. C'est la vie, ya know?

OK, switch to JWoww pulling Snooki out of a conversation. JWoww tells Snooki that she, and everyone, knows that Snooki cheated on her boyfriend. Snooki tells the camera that she never associated with the Sitch, and she then confronts him.

Ronnie has that pained expression on his face as he hears Snooki yell at the Situation. Snooki says she no longer wants to be friends with the Sitch.

The Sitch is a snitch after this commercial break!!!

Snooki tells the Situation he's lying about them associating with each other, though he demands that they associated two months ago. Sweetheart says she's so happy that the drama isn't involving her.

Snooki says she hasn't seen the Situation in two months, so she has no idea what he's talking about. Ronnie wants to know who's lying and who's telling the truth.

The Situation starts yelling about whether Snooki would like for him to describe about exactly what happened. She walks away.

Switch over to Deena and the twin: Deena's having a good time, but then she realizes her true nature. She sends the twin over to Vinny, and apparently this is acceptable.

The next day: Ronnie's talking to Snooki and JWoww. Snooki tells her version of events, and Ronnie isn't sure who to believe. Ronnie then tells her to woman up and speak to her boyfriend about what happened.

We demand you woman up after this commercial sign!!!

The Situation is upset with Ronnie because he told others about Snooki and the Sitch. Ronnie says he knew it would come out. But the Situation is angered, because Ronnie told JWoww as soon as he became drunk.

Ronnie doesn't know if the Situation is lying or trying to create drama. The Situation then moves his twin into his room and closes the door. Snooki says she won't let this destroy her relationsihp with the random guy back in the states, and JWoww comforts her.

Snooki is crying, wondering why the Sitch would say such things about her.

One of the twins begins associating with the Situation. Others are sleeping peacefully as the credits roll.
