‘Farmer Wants a Wife’ recap: ‘I’m in my element,’ says GA native Khelsi Stone
This week on “Farmer Wants a Wife,” Fortson resident Khelsi Stone arrived at the Tennessee farm of love interest Allen Foster.
Before her arrival, Foster had a date with Cassidy Jo, where she learned he had been married before.
Foster gave the women a taste of the farm life by asking them for assistance clearing a fallen tree. He chopped the tree, then had the women load the limbs into the bale spake (bucket) of his tractor.
While four of the women hiked to the fallen tree, Foster gave Stone a ride in his tractor.
“I would take any one-on-one time to connect more,” Stone said.
During the short ride, Foster asked Stone what she thought of his farm.
“I’m back in my element,” she said. “This is what I’ve always pictured settling down on.”
Foster paid close attention to the efforts and attitudes of the women as they picked up the limbs.
He noticed Sloan’s apathy in the task and later sent her home, saying he didn’t feel the connection with her that he felt with the others.
“Sloan seems like a very nice girl, but she didn’t really necessarily jump in there, head first,” Foster said.
Next week, Foster will take everyone to a rodeo, where his and Stone’s one-on-one gets interrupted.
“Farmer Wants a Wife” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox and the following day on Hulu. The show is also available to stream on FuboTV and DirecTV.
