There’s a Columbus ramen bar going through a major transformation.

The new owners of Mizu Ramen Bar, 6073 Veterans Parkway, announced they are rebranding their restaurant. The name of the new restaurant is Red 8 Kitchen, and it will be under new ownership and management, according to their announcement on Instagram.

The restaurant will also be expanding its menu to include xiaolongbao, or Chinese soup dumplings, dim sum and other Chinese comfort food.

Management did not respond to requests for comment.

It’s unclear when they will be open, but customers who want to attend their secret opening day can email their name and phone number to columbusred8@gmail.com.
