The Cheesecake Factory is known for its extensive menu, upscale-casual atmosphere and wide variety of cheesecakes. Founded in Beverly Hills, California, in 1978 by David Overton, the brand has grown to include over 300 locations across the U.S. and internationally. The chain now features 250 menu items, made from scratch daily, according to the restaurant’s website.
