Planning Valentine’s Day? Here’s a list of Columbus restaurants offering specials
Whether you plan to celebrate Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, restaurants around Columbus are offereing specials during the weekend.
Here’s a list of local restaurants with Valentine’s Day specials, according to Uptown Columbus Inc., the nonprofit organization that promotes downtown Columbus businesses:
Saltcellar
Saltcellar, 1039 First Ave., has a specially designed menu for Valentine’s Day this year.
The seafood restaurant, owned and operated by Columbus-based Uptown Life Group, is offering an appetizer, entrée and dessert on the Valentine’s Day menu. The options include Arugula Salad and Smoked Trout Tortellini.

Mabella’s Italian Steakhouse
Another Uptown Life Group restaurant, Mabella’s Italian Steakhouse, 14 W. 11th St., is also offering a special menu for the holiday.
Similar to Saltcellar, customers are offered an appetizer, main course and a dessert. Mabella’s special menu includes Baked Brie in Phyllo and Coffee-Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye.

Houlihan’s
Both Columbus Houlihan’s locations 800 Front Ave. and 5300 Sidney Simons Blvd., are offering a special menu for two on Friday and Saturday, beginning at 5 p.m.
Houlihan’s special menu offers a starter, salad, entree and dessert. Featured items include Crispy Calamari, Cajun Salmon and Strawberry Cheesecake.
The meal will cost $89, according the restaurant’s Facebook page. Diners also can take advantage of half off select bottles of wine.
Three Dog Bakery
Time is running out for dog parents to order a Barkuterie Board for their pups.
Three Dog Bakery, 1106 Broadway, is taking orders for their Valentine’s Day-themed assortment of dog treats until Feb. 10. Pickup for the Barkuterie Boards will be Feb. 12-14.
Customers can order by visiting the store or calling 706-221-0965.
Minnie’s Uptown Restaurant
Minnie’s Uptown Restaurant, 104 Eighth St., is offering a special that runs from Feb. 9-13.
Customers can get two desserts and two meals that come with a meat, two sides and bread for $34.99 plus tax.
Graze Craze
Graze Craze, 1008 Broadway, specializes in charcuterie boards and is offering a Valentine’s Day-themed class Feb. 11.
Participants can learn to build their own boards to take home to enjoy. Customers can order from their classic charcuterie selection or their dessert board.
To join the class, visit Graze Craze’s website, select “order online” and then select “classes” to find the Valentine’s Day class option.
Beverages and “light grazing” will be available during the class, according to a Graze Craze Facebook post.
The Seed Coffee & Cafe
The Seed Coffee & Cafe at The Rapids, 1329 Front Ave., already is offering seven special drinks for Valentine’s Day, including White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, a white chocolate latte with raspberry cold foam, and Nutty For You, a hazelnut and toasted marshmallow chai.
Epic Restaurant
Epic Restaurant, fine dining at 1201 Front Ave. Suite E, is offering a “Valentine’s Culinary Journey,” featuring three “chapters” and an “index”.
Menu options include Artichoke Bisque, Croissant Crusted Grouper and Pan Seared Sea Scallops. This special menu will be available Feb. 13 and 14 for $155 per person, excluding tax, gratuity and beverages.

Banks Food Hall
Banks Food Hall, 1002 Bay Ave., will have live music by Kaleb King from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 14. The first two dozen guests will receive roses, according to a Facebook post.
Uptown Vietnam Cuisine
Uptown Vietnam Cuisine, 1250 Broadway, is offering a couple’s special for the holiday all day Feb. 14.
Customers can get an appetizer, large pho and small pho and beverages for $40 plus tax.
My Boulánge
My Boulánge, 111 12th St., has its own seasonal options for Valentine’s Day.
They include Champagne Macarons and several lattes, such as Heart Breaker, Mon Amour and Galentine.
Agave Bar and Grill
Agave Bar and Grill, 1110 Broadway, announced on Facebook that its Valentine’s Day menu and special drinks are now live.
Reservations for Valentine’s Day can be booked on Agave’s website.
The Goetchius House
Gals can celebrate Galentine’s Day at The Goetchius House, 405 Broadway, Feb. 13 from 5-8 p.m.
The cafe and market will be open for light bites and beverages, according to Uptown Columbus.
Guest can watch a romance movie, play games, make Valentine’s Day cards with Sticker & Stamp and take photos with River City Photo Booths.
