Uptown Columbus is inviting residents to kick off spring with a day of eats and entertainment at its annual spring Food Truck Festival.

The festival will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 28 at Woodruff Park, 1000 Bay Ave.

It will feature a range of food trucks, with organizers promising “great vibes” for friends and families, according to the Uptown Columbus Facebook page. Vendors had not been announced as of publication.

Event organizers expect to see about 4,000 visitors throughout the day, Tracey Green, director of communications and marketing at Uptown Columbus, told the Ledger-Enquirer .

Tickets can be purchased in advance on the Uptown Columbus website to skip entry lines. Organizers said the festival will be cashless for entry and beverages, while individual food vendors may accept credit cards, cash or tap-to-pay at their discretion.
