A new restaurant is coming to Columbus, moving into this vacant building

A new Indian restaurant is coming to Columbus.

Bombay Palace is moving into the space at 4213 Macon Road, replacing a Mazzio’s Pizza location in front of a Foodland grocery store.

Signage announcing the arrival of a “new Indian restaurant” was on the side of the building when the Ledger-Enquirer visited Tuesday. Renovation inside the building was ongoing.

The owner of the business is Kulwant Singh, according to the building permit posted on the front door. The property owner is listed as Fountain Arc LLC, according to the property records.

The owners did not respond to the Ledger-Enquirer’s request for comment before publication.
