Burger King Launches $2.50 Deal for America's 250th Birthday-Here's How to Get It
As America gears up to celebrate its milestone 250th birthday, brands across the country are joining in on the festivities, including Burger King.
The iconic fast-food chain has announced a limited-time deal to mark the historic occasion, offering fans a budget-friendly way to celebrate over the holiday weekend.
The nation's 250th birthday falls on the Fourth of July, when grills get fired up and burgers become the go-to staple.
If you don't want to do the grilling yourself, Burger King has you covered, as the restaurant chain is leaning into tradition with an offer designed to make the celebration even more accessible.
On Saturday, July 4 only, Royal Perks members can score a Whopper Jr. for just $2.50, available exclusively through the BK App and on BK.com.
The Whopper Jr. features a "flame-grilled beef patty with juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions on a toasted sesame seed bun."
"From backyard parties to fireworks displays, Burger King is serving up an easy way for guests to celebrate Independence Day as America marks its milestone 250th birthday," the company shared in a press release of its fitting $2.50 deal.
And no birthday celebration would be complete without dessert. Burger King is also introducing a festive, limited-edition Firecracker Cookie Pie.

The sweet and seasonal treat combines a "soft, velvety creamy layer and a crunch of sugar cookie crust topped with red and blue star-shaped sprinkles," making it the perfect patriotic choice.
Earlier this year, the Whopper, which boasts a ¼ lb of flame-grilled beef, underwent its first major change in nearly 10 years, with the most significant updates made to the bun, along with the toppings and packaging.
Burger King President Tom Curtis also revealed that his favorite thing to order from the restaurant is the signature burger, noting, "The flame-grilled taste can't be beat, and it's the perfect burger just how it comes."
