Summer is in full swing with hot days spent poolside, backyard barbecues with friends, kids off to camp and beach vacation photos flooding our social media feeds. With July's arrival, our favorite discount grocery store is giving us a new batch of Aldi Finds each week, and we can't wait to dive in!

If your house is entertaining central this time of year, you will be thrilled with a new appetizer, burger bash side dish, a tasty drink that can be poured as is or the start to a delicious cocktail, and a frozen kabob that can be grilled or air-fried if the weather doesn't cooperate, in no time!

This crop of Aldi Finds is leaning into current foodie trends as well, with flavors like Dubai chocolate, dragon fruit, and everything bagel seasoning. Thankfully, not all are in the same product, though!

If you were a kid who always chose an orange creamsicle from the ice cream truck, Benton's new sandwich cookie will bring all the nostalgic feels. Busy moms who need quick snacks on the go will love the candy-inspired mini muffins that kids will devour without question.

How Does Aldi Keep Prices Low?

Loyal Aldi shoppers know they will find everyday low prices on produce, fresh meat and pantry staples during their weekly shopping trip. Most of us are so ecstatic to stay on budget that we don't really care how they do it, just that they keep doing it so well. However, there are specific ways Aldi can pass those savings on to consumers.

In-House Brands- Instead of stocking their shelves with national brands, Aldi relies on exclusive brands only found inside their stores, such as Mama Cozzi's, Benton's, Park Street Deli and Clancy's, to name a few. Products under these labels taste so close to their more expensive counterparts that you won't ever know.
Bring Your Own Bag- First-time Aldi shoppers might be shocked to find out they will be bagging their own groceries, and while they can purchase bags onsite, most of us bring our own. The cost of plastic bags can be astronomical for a grocery store, and removing that overhead allows Aldi to watch their bottom line.
The Quarter- Most people who don't shop at Aldi still know them as the grocery store that requires a quarter for a shopping cart. Yes, if you want to use one of their carts, you will "rent" it for a quarter and then return it when you're done. You might be wondering, if they don't keep the money, how does it help with cost? Easy. They don't have to pay employees to round those carts up several times each day. If a customer wants their twenty-five cents back, they will walk their cart back to the corral.

1. Nature's Nectar Spicy Lemonade $2.99

Lemonade is the signature summertime drink. So refreshing and bright on a hot day. But Aldi said, "What if we added a little kick with a hint of jalapeño?" Pour over ice as is, or take it to the next level by using it as the start of a tasty poolside cocktail. A spicy lemon margarita, perhaps? Or add a little splash of bourbon for a devil's lemonade. 2. Kirkwood Mediterranean Style Chicken Kabobs $5.99

No matter your age, food on a stick is more fun! These Greek-inspired chicken kabobs are grill-ready, but if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, you can easily pivot to the air fryer instead. Serve with rice pilaf and grilled veggies or some soft pitas and tzatziki sauce for a tasty gyro. Available: 7/8

3. Clancy's Bagel Chips $2.99

Everything seasoning is a staple in our spice rack, and my youngest son and I put it on everything from avocado toast to cottage cheese. 4. Simply Nature Sea-Shaped Chicken Nuggets $7.99

Aldi is always my go-to for fun-shaped and seasonal chicken nuggets. From dinosaurs year-round to stockings in December, they always come in clutch. However, this is the first time I have seen a kid-friendly shape in their organic brand, Simply Nature. These ocean-themed nuggies are perfect for summer vacation-bring the beach to your child's plate any day of the week- just don't forget the ranch for dipping-luckily, Aldi carries the biggest bottle around! 5. Aldi Dill Pickle French Fries $3.49

Burger nights happen on repeat around here during the summer, and it is my job to make sure we don't fall into a side dish rut. French fries are a no-brainer, but this time we're adding dill pickle flavor for a little extra tang. These crispy fries are waiting to dive into a pool of creamy dill dip for next-level flavor. 6. Baker's Treat Cotton Candy Mini Muffins $2.75

When the school year rolls around, mini muffins will be a go-to quick breakfast for my little guy, and while he loves the chocolate chip and birthday cake variety, if I hand him a pack of cotton candy-flavored ones, he is going to flip! Mama Cozzi's is at it again! Aldi's in-house brand for all things pizza has managed to fill a pizza with my favorite topping, five times over. Portabello, shiitake, crimini, white and roasted mushrooms are piled high on a crispy crust along with olive oil, feta cheese and caramelized onions. 8. Simply Nature Organic Dubai Chocolate Creamer $4.99

Dubai Chocolate is all the rage right now, so it was only a matter of time before it found its way to your morning coffee. Rich chocolate and pistachio flavors will enhance your morning cup of joe to the point that you'll be willing to skip the drive-thru and save yourself some cash, too. Available: 7/15

9. Benton's Orange Cremesicle Cookies $2.99

Here is the blast from the past you've been waiting for. A core childhood memory unlocked. A cool, creamy orange popsicle from the ice cream truck on a sunny day, but now in cookie form.
