Local businesses, city government and Fort Benning announce Monday closings

Phenix City announced Sunday that because of the bad weather expected in the area Monday, the city’s administration office will be closed Monday.

Public safety will be on duty.

In Russell County, all non-emergency county offices will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Smiths Station’s government offices will be closed Monday.

Also announcing a closing Sunday was New Horizons Behavioral Health. Offices in all eight counties covered will not be open Monday.

Fort Benning will suspend most operations Monday, with only mission-essential personnel reporting for duty. The Santa Fe Child Care Development Center will remain open. The Maneuver Warfighter Conference has been postponed and the 9/11 Remembrance Run has been canceled.

On Sunday, some local companies announced closings:

All W.C. Bradley Co. and Char-Broil LLC offices in the area will closed Monday.

All Georgia Department of Veterans Services offices will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Kinetic will be closed Monday. Credit union officials will monitor the situation on Monday night and Tuesday morning to determine operating hours on Tuesday.

Kite Insurance Agency will be closed Monday.

All Synovus offices and branch locations in Columbus, Phenix City and LaGrange will be closed Monday.

Both MercyMed locations will be closed Monday.

Winship Clinic will be closed Monday.

Daniel S. Windsor, D.M.D., P.C. General Dentistry will be closed Monday.

The Columbus Health Department and all locations in the West Georgia Health District will be closed Monday.

The medical office of Dr. John Henderson will be closed Monday.

Rivertown Pediatrics will be closed Monday.

Southeast Brain and Spine Surgery will be closed Monday.

All offices of Horizon Diagnostics will be closed Monday.

River City Vascular Specialists will be closed Monday.

Human Performance and Rehabilitation Ctrs., Inc. will be closed Monday.

All outpatient and elective procedures scheduled for Monday at Columbus Regional Health will have to be rescheduled. All medical group physician offices will be closed.

St. Francis is canceling elective and non-urgent surgeries and procedures. All St. Francis Medical Group practices, St. Francis Columbus Clinic, St. Francis Urgent Care at 3465 Macon Road, outpatient physical therapy and infusion services are closed. The retail pharmacy at St. Francis is closing at noon on Monday.

Del Taco will be closing Sunday at 10 p.m. and will re-open Tuesday at 10 a.m.

The Black Cow will be closed Monday.

Fountain City Coffee will be closed Monday.

Smoke Bourbon and BBQ will be closed Monday.

Kilwins will be closed Monday.

My Boulange will be closed Monday.

Barberitos will be closed Monday.

Freeze Frame Yogurt Shoppe will be closed Monday.

Plucked Up will be closed Monday.

Your Pie will be closed Monday.

The Loft will be closed Monday.

Bare Roots Farmacy will be closed Monday.

The Cannon will be closed Monday.

The Cantina will be closed Monday.

Chili Thai will be closed Monday.

Flip Side will be closed Monday.

River and Rail will be closed Monday.

Meritage will be closed Monday.

Ride On Smoothie and Juice Bar will be closed Monday.

Twelfth Street Deli will be closed Monday.

Little Caesars stores in Columbus, Fort Benning, Phenix City, Auburn and Valley will be closed Monday.

The Southern Pearl Boutique will be closed Monday.

Uncommon Athlete will be closed Monday.

Chancellor’s will be closed Monday.

Ride on Bikes will be closed Monday.

Kiddie Shoppe will be closed Monday.

The Posh Peach will be closed Monday.

Mann Finance, UpTown Loan Co, and Quick Loan Co. will be closed Monday and possibly Tuesday.

Cars for Less in Phenix City will be closed Monday.

PAWS Humane’s vet clinic and adoption center will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Easterseals West Georgia will be closed Monday.

RiverCenter for the Performing Arts will be closed Monday.

North Columbus Fit Body Boot Camp will be closed Monday.

Brookstone School will be closed Monday.

Lane Jewelers will be closed Monday.

Coca-Cola in Columbus will be closed Monday. No routes of service available.

Bloomers Lawn and Garden is closing both locations Monday.

The Pastoral Institute will be closed Monday due to weather.

St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School will be closed Monday, as well as the Parish Office and Community Outreach.
