The Columbus Police Department is asking the public for help in finding a missing 13-year-old boy last seen Sunday night in Columbus, according to a post on CPD’s Facebook page.

Police say Icceia Bowden is a Black male around 4-foot-10 and 90 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Bowden was last seen in the area of the 1300 block of Floyd Road around 8:47 p.m. Sunday, according to police.

Police are asking anyone with information about Bowden’s whereabouts to contact either 911, the CPD Special Victims Unit at 706-225-3449 or lead investigator Sgt. Keven Moore at 706-225-4384.

CPD public information officer Brittany Santiago confirmed to the Ledger-Enquirer that Bowden is related to 9-year-old Lakeith Livingston, who was pronounced dead at 9:03 p.m. Sunday following a shooting in the 1300 block of Floyd Road, the Ledger-Enquirer reported.

“We were told that they were brothers,” Santiago said, “but I’m not sure half-brother, stepbrother.”

When asked whether Bowden is a suspect in the shooting, Santiago declined to comment.

CPD asks anyone with information about this shooting to contact Cpl. Kevin Baldwin at 706-225-4337 or kbaldwin@columbusga.org.
