Columbus man accused of filming underneath victim’s clothing
A 37-year-old man is accused of using a device to film underneath or through an individual’s clothing, Columbus police said Tuesday.
Ray Faisal Lateef was taken into custody after an investigation by the Special Victims Unit which includes Sex Crimes. He is charged with three counts of filming individuals and held in the Muscogee County Jail for a 9 a.m. Wednesday hearing in Recorder’s Court.
Lateef was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
