Kap’s Market robbed early Wednesday
Columbus Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred early Wednesday at the Kap’s Market at 1128 Fort Benning Road.
Authorities said they were called to the grocery store around 8:41 a.m. that morning after it was reported that two unknown men entered the business and demanded money. At least one of the suspects was carrying a weapon, according to police.
An employee witnessed the incident, which officials say happened between 8:33 and 8:40 a.m.
A police report indicates that no arrests have been made in the case.
