Let's treat guns like cars. That means proficiency tests to get a license, registration and yearly taxes, liability insurance and revoking the licenses of those who can't use them safely.

Hillary deletes 32,000 emails but claims she did not use emails regarding Benghazi in 2012 and relied on word of mouth. She must have been talking to mimes to miss all the warning signs.
Dependent on theirs so we sell ours
Sen. Johnny Isakson's solution to our nation's dependency on foreign energy is to "explore" (drill) our Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and disrupt all the wildlife -- while we continue to export, not keep, this oil.

I'm a conservative, patriotic American who used to hunt and loves target shooting, but I see absolutely no correlation between conservatism and patriotism and wishing more guns and less gun regulation upon society.
The answers might still matter a little
The topics discussed and general atmospheres of Republican and Democrat debates are determined by the "moderators," who can make participants look favorable or unfavorable to voters by the questions they choose.
