Snakes lose exhibition game at Macon
Macon scored three goals in each of the first two periods and beat Columbus 7-1 on Saturday night.
Bryan Dallaire scored Columbus' lone goal at 5:58 of the final period, but Macon led 60 at that point.
Brandon Jaeger started in goal for the Snakes. he allowed five goals in 15 shots in 30:06.
Joel Danyluk finished the game. He allowed two goals in 19 shots in 29:54.
Columbus finished with 14 penalties for 62 minutes. Macon had 10 penalties for 32 minutes.
Columbus, which is 1-1 in two exhibition games, opens the regular season Friday at home
against Huntsville.
