Job fairs coming soon at Great Wolf Lodge Georgia — here’s what you need to know
Great Wolf Lodge Georgia, starting next week, will hold several information sessions and job fairs for its massive water park and resort as it moves toward its opening in nearby LaGrange, Ga.
The nearly 500,000-square-foot entertainment and lodging venue will include a 457-suite hotel and a 93,000-square-foot indoor water park that will be open for splashing all year long. The property, which will employ about 600, is now taking customer reservations starting May 24.
Located at 150 Tom Hall Parkway off Interstate 85 in LaGrange, the water park and resort is about 40 miles north of Columbus and about an hour’s drive from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The City of LaGrange released a schedule Thursday for the get-acquainted information sessions and the subsequent hiring events for hundreds of staffers. They will take place at 1560 West Lukken Industrial Drive in LaGrange, which is the county seat for Troup County.

Employees will be needed in several areas, including retail, aquatics, guest services, housekeeping, and food and beverage. Walk-in interviews will be allowed, the city said, while there also is no requirement to submit an application beforehand. Those wishing to can check out a jobs and application page at www.greatwolf.com.
The information sessions will take place 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. April 5 and 6, and 11:30 a.m. April 7, a Saturday.
The job fairs are scheduled the following week, April 9-14, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Chicago-based Great Wolf Resorts already operates 15 locations in the U.S., with the LaGrange lodge and park giving it 16. Two more are on the way, one opening this summer in Gurnee, Ill., and the other making its debut in late 2019 in Scottsdale, Ariz.
