This week’s episode of “Farmer Wants a Wife” demonstrated Fortson resident Khelsi Stone’s character.

While spending the day at a Texas rodeo, love interest Allen Foster asked Stone for one-on-one time, but their conversation was cut short when Kiersten, a 30-year-old Nashville blogger competing for Foster’s heart, hijacked the one-on-one.

“That was hard because she just came in and interrupted ... I just didn’t expect the jealous bone to come out this soon,” Stone later said. “As bad as I may want Allen in the end, I’m not going to belittle someone else to get my time and attention.”

Before being interrupted, Foster confirmed he felt a connection with the Georgia school teacher. “Khelsi is absolutely beautiful. She has a great smile and she always seems to be happy and laughing,” he said.

The episode ended with the farmers choosing someone to take on a solo date. Foster took advantage of the opportunity to finish his time with Stone.

And that was more than OK with Stone.

“I’m so excited. I’m feeling good. I feel much better about life now,” she said.

“Farmer Wants a Wife” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. on Fox and the following day on Hulu. The show is also available to stream on FuboTV and DirecTV. Tune in to the reality dating show next week to see how the solo date goes.
