MCSD makes decision on whether schools will be closed in advance of Hurricane Michael
Muscogee County, the last Columbus area school district to decide Tuesday whether and how the pending arrival of Hurricane Michael will affect its operations Wednesday, has an answer.
MCSD will release students and personnel 1 hour early Wednesday and cancel or postpone all after-school activities, communications director Mercedes Parham said in a news release.
