2. La' Sammich opened its doors on Armour Road. Started by Chef Nita, the restaurant focuses on unique tacos. The restaurant is carry-out only.
3. Two other restaurants, Surchueros Fresh Mex and Chickchickporkpork, are setting up in Midland. The restaurants are on Kitten Lake Drive. Surchueros Fresh Mex started construction and renovations in September, and Chickchickporkpork said it will be "coming soon" on its Facebook page.
